New management

In 2022, after 21 wonderful years, Anja and Bas Smulders have passed the torch to son-in-law Bram and daughter Simone Stevens. In these 21 years, they have managed and developed the nature campsite with passion, pleasure, and dedication into the wonderful place that it is today. We can only be proud of the beautiful place they have created, and we are honored to continue this nature campsite. We will continue to run it based on the same philosophy – with our own twist, of course. Hospitality, conviviality, and a great atmosphere are at the core of all we do!

Enjoying nature

Located just outside the center of Lierop, nestled in the woods right next to the Strabrechtse Heide, you can find our beautiful nature campsite De Lier. Hidden in the woods, you can enjoy peace, space, and nature. Our campsite is characterized by a wooded area with 24 spacious pitches spread over 4 fields, creating a cozy atmosphere. At our campsite, tents, caravans, and campers (up to a maximum of 6.5 meters) are all mixed together on the fields, creating a fun and diverse view across the campsite.

The campsite is particularly suitable for families with young children up to 12 years old and for people who want to relax and/or enjoy nature. For the latter group, please be aware that during school holidays, more families with young children may be present.
